Professional and expansive knowledge of building trade & listing buildings
Spencer worked on a neighbouring property and it was clear to see the high standard of his and the team’s work. His straight forward, easy to talk too style and extensive knowledge of the trade ensured we quickly came to an agreement on price. Our property is a 500 year old thatched cottage that needed lime plastering throughout including ceilings with lots of beams! Easy to see Spencer is not only sympatheic to this style of property, he also really enjoys and cares about doing a great job. Really pleased with the finish, and would highly recommend Cotswold Refurbishments.
Professional and very easy to get on with
I find that the best trades people are easy to work with and friendly, Spencer was always professional and very easy to get on with. After chatting with Spencer I found out that he has worked on very high end schemes in London and this expertise was evident in the work he did for us, even thought our work was a small job in our house.
